Cathlynn Morse, a Catholic mother of a son murdered in California in 2002, in a letter to US Archbishop Charles J. Chaput - I believe in the sacredness of all life. Even now I pray for the man who murdered my son...My belief that all life is sacred has not changed. I do not believe that the death sentence is one of society’s legitimate choices.
